Fed by a hopper, this solution integrates pre-loading tanks, end-of-tank detection probes, and PCM Dosys™ pumps known for their reliability and accuracy. 

Perfectly suited to food and beverage applications, it guarantees a hygienic process that meets the most stringent requirements, with CIP/SIP compatibility for cleaning or sterilization in place without dismantling.

What types of products can be used?

Sweet or savoury preparations: jams, sauces, creams, caramel, chocolate, yoghurts with or without pieces, purees, etc.

 

Is the system hygienic?

Yes, it is designed to be fully cleanable in place (CIP), with CE 1935/2004 materials and a hygienic design and finish that complies with EHEDG and 3A recommendations

Can the temperature of the product be maintained?

Yes. The tank can be equipped with a heating or temperature maintenance system, depending on the nature of the product (e.g. chocolate, caramel).

Can the Hopper Station power multiple lines?

Yes, depending on the model and flow rate, it can be used for one or more pumps, for dosing or transfer.
