What is included in PCM product testing?

PCM product testing includes:

  • A study of your products, featuring:
    • The design of a custom system on an industrial scale
    • Validation of customer requirements based on test results
  • A technical partnership with a dedicated team of experts to help test and validate the most effective solutions for product transfer, dosing, and sediment handling
  • Full test project management, covering everything from initial testing to system installation, commissioning, and operational maintenance of food systems

How Do PCM Product Tests Take Place?

 

At the customer 's site

 

  1. Before the on-site visit, PCM experts and the customer collaborate to discuss how the equipment will be integrated into the existing production line. This helps to clearly define the requirements and plan the intervention accordingly.
  2. PCM then ships the system to the customer, who installs it into their line.
  3. PCM teams conduct the product tests on-site, managing the test equipment, mechanical integration, and system operation. A PCM technician is present to oversee and perform the testing.
  4. Following the tests, a detailed report is provided to the customer.

At PCM 's production site

 

  1. If the process allows for internal testing, the customer may send their products to PCM. Our testing equipment is adaptable to various product types.
  2. Upon receipt of the products, the customer can:
    • Visit PCM’s production site in Champtocé-sur-Loire to observe a live product test demonstration
    • Or, if travel is not possible, view the tests remotely through a video recording provided by PCM
  3. After the tests, a detailed report is shared with the customer, along with a proposal for a tailored system solution.
